These Terms govern your use of the Models 4 U platform. By accessing or creating an account on Models 4 U, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or the legal age of majority in your region. You may not access the platform if doing so is illegal where you live. Creators must complete identity verification before posting content or receiving payouts.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and any activity carried out using it. Keep your login details private and secure. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, break the law, or pose a risk to others.

3. Creator Content and Conduct

Creators may upload and monetise content through subscriptions, PPV posts, tips, and livestreams.

Creators must ensure that:

• everything uploaded is original or fully licensed for use

• all individuals featured are over 18 and have given full consent

• content does not include illegal or prohibited material

Prohibited content includes:

• minors or individuals who appear underage

• non-consensual content

• violence or threats

• drug abuse

• weapons misuse

• hate speech

• animal content

• doxxing or identifying private individuals without consent

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

4. User Conduct

Users may purchase and view content for personal use. Users must not:

• record, screenshot, download, or copy content

• share, repost, or distribute creator content

• harass or threaten creators or staff

• misuse payment systems or attempt chargeback fraud

Breaching these rules may result in account removal.

5. Payments

Users may purchase subscriptions or individual PPV posts through our secure payment partners. All transactions are final unless required by law or approved under our refund policy.

Creators receive payouts after meeting minimum requirements and passing verification checks. Payout timelines may vary depending on region, bank, or compliance requirements.

6. Subscriptions and PPV Purchases

Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off in account settings before renewal. Cancelling stops future payments but does not refund previous ones.

PPV posts are one-time purchases and grant access only to that specific content.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their work. By uploading content, creators grant Models 4 U a licence to host and display it on the platform.

Users have no rights to reproduce or distribute any content. Any misuse may lead to account termination and legal action.

8. Safety, Compliance and Platform Rights

We may:

• update or change platform features

• remove harmful or illegal content

• suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms

• share information with authorities where legally required

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent content availability.

9. Data and Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle personal data. We use third-party partners for payments, security, analytics, and identity verification where necessary.

10. Ending Your Account

You may delete your account at any time through your settings. We may also close your account if you break the Terms or if your activity creates risk to the platform or community.

Any outstanding creator earnings will be handled according to our payout processes.
